All someone has to do is type in a name that relates to your website and you will be found on a search engine. Note: The more times your site is submitted to search engines the higher you will move up in listings.
Q: How does my site get on the web? A: After the initial design you have the option to let WNWA Designs post the website files onto your hosting account in which the website will be on the internet or you can have WNWA Designs send you the completed files in which you can make changes or add things and then you can post it to your hosting account yourself. Back to Top Q: What should I keep records of? A: You as the client must keep records of all proposals signed by you and WNWA Designs. Also client is responsible for keeping records of all domain and hosting account information and email information. If you want a shopping cart you must keep records of all sale of products. WNWA Designs is not responsible for any of this information.
A: If you are based in Western, PA you can call us and set up a meeting with our design manager to explain our services to you. If you are located outside of Western, PA or if you choose not to have a meeting then you can fill out our online questionnaire or print it out and send it back to WNWA Designs. WNWA Designs will look over your questionnaire taking into consideration how many pages, images, videos, etc... you would like for your website. We will then follow up with an email or letter stating the exact quote to get started designing your website. Once client approves WNWA Designs must receive half of the final price before starting the design process. A: Meta tags are words used to locate your website or business on major search engines such as Google and Yahoo. For example: If you have a website consisting of jewelry your meta tags might be: jewelry, rings, necklaces, gold, silver, etc...

Q: Do you offer other services besides Website design? A: Yes. We offer logo design, business cards, powerpoint, and newsletter design. Back to Top Q: What happens after my design is complete? A: Client has two options. First you can have WNWA Designs design the whole site with content included. Second, you can have WNWA Designs just design the outer template and we will send the files to you for you to fill in the content. After designing the website, before client receives the completed files or before WNWA Designs post the files to your hosting we must receive the second half of payment.
Q: Please explain your customer support packages? A: WNWA Designs offers two customer support packages. Our basic customer support includes unlimited text revisions and limited image revisions. Our extended customer support is included in our Platinum Package and includes unlimited text and image revisions. Our customer support is good for one year after you sign on to WNWA Designs. During this year WNWA Designs will send your website to over 50 top search engines monthly. If needed, WNWA Designs will also run and maintain your website to make sure everything is current. You will be able to email or call WNWA Designs with any changes needed and WNWA Designs will make those changes at our sole discretion. After the first year you have the option to continue our customer support service monthly or annually which will continue to take care of search engine submission, domain and hosting renewals, and changes/updates for your website.
